The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is the time frame in which we expect your order to be delivered. We use a simple equation to calculate the EDT:

Estimated fulfillment time + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery time

Our average fulfillment time is 2–5 business days for all custom products made by Shit-Tshirt, across all techniques.

To calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we consider our current order volume and fulfillment capacity. Likewise, we calculate the estimated shipping time based on our historical data for deliveries in your area or sales region.

For all these reasons, the estimated delivery time is just that—an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some reasons an order might be delivered later than expected:

• Issues with print or embroidery files
• Out-of-stock products
• Shipping-related delays such as failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or severe weather conditions

Nevertheless, we strive to meet our delivery time estimates for every order.

If you find that the EDT has passed, please allow a little more time. If 5 business days have passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us by email (shittshirtshop@gmail.com) so we can review your case.

We ship worldwide, except for certain countries due to legal restrictions or transportation limitations.

The list of restricted destinations may change over time and depending on circumstances. At the moment, we do not ship to the following destinations:

• Ecuador
• Cuba
• The regions of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk in Ukraine
• Gaza Strip
• Russia
• Belarus
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea

Please note that the war in Ukraine severely limits shipments to Ukraine. For now, we can only ship to Latvia.

In addition, our carriers have a list of countries where they are temporarily not offering international shipping due to situations such as natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can check the latest updates on the USPS homepage.

Once we’ve prepared your order, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on that number, you can view the latest updates on your shipment’s location through our tracking page.
